Did you fix this already?
Unfortunately, you don’t format your messages properly (as described here), hence it’s hard to read and impossible to cut and paste from your images. Therefore, I have no clear overview of your config. But, one thing looks strange: You have import at your apply Notification which most properly should by command instead.
