How to add host on icinga

Hello Icinga Community,

I checked other related topics but i couldnt get a similar one to my problem. I’m done with the installation of the icinga 2 but am confused on how to add host on icinga for monitoring. I aded
i wanted to add PCs Ip in my office so i can monitor them on the web interface.
Can you please assist.
