Why are the OK states in IcingaDB Web a green outline and not solid green?

The warning and critical state are both solid colour. Why is the OK state a green outline? They never go a full solid green?

I haven’t come across anything that explains why it’s like this.

Because, it’s less severe than any non-OK state, so it isn’t shown as prominent.
