Hey,
at my company there are some colleagues having dyschromatopsia (red-green color blindness).
So they can not differentiate between red and green color or in “monitoring language”: between up/down or ok/critical.
Any idea how to help those people?

Hi,
I think the easiest way is to create a special theme for them At the account settings you can change this
a little knowledge of CSS, JS should be enough or google is your friend for that. Some of my colleagues did e.g. themes for their favourite football clubs or only funny themes. 
And they only used Google for this
