Unable to monitor some windows server disk- usage

Hello, I have added windows server from icinga web 2 some windows server monitoring all services but some windows server unable to monitor the disk usage. we are monitoring the services using the SNMP agent. we do not understand the exact issue.

any idea to resolve this issue

Hi,

first of all:
Config example, the used check script and command line executed by Icinga as well as screenshots of the problem would help, so that others can understand your problem.
So please provide some detailed information (obscure sensible data if needed)

Some thought off the top of my head:

  • is SNMP enabled and configured on all Windows servers?
  • are the non-working servers behind a firewall, blocking SNMP?
