Tabel doesn't exist

I’m have the following issue and I would appreciate your help:

User:
“Icinga DB from icingadb is UNKNOWN. PDOException in /usr/share/icinga-php/ipl/vendor/ipl/sql/src/Connection.php:401 with message: SQLSTATE[42S02]: Base table or view not found: 1146 Table ‘icingadb.icingadb_instance’ doesn’t exist.”

did you install icingadb correctly?
did you set up the resource correctly?
did you set up icingadb-web correctly?

I think I’ve found the problem, it lies in the configuration of the Icingadb-Web
