Hi all. I want to monitor a printer. I downloaded the plugin check_snmp_printer and followed the instructions, but I can’t seem to get the information I want like the template, the number of pages printed… When I run the plugin from the command line, everything works and I have the information, but I don’t know how to reproduce this in the hosts.conf and services.conf files. Thank you in advance for your help
Have a look at the icinga log and try to figure out, what’s different between the command you execute by hand and the one icinga executes.
