Schedule Checks Only twice per day

Hi ALL!
I need a suggestion help.
I need to schedule some check only in a predefined short time.
For example I need that these subset of check is performed between 7.30 and 8.30 in the morning and after in the evening.
So 2 times per week.
What is the best way to achive this with director ?

And later on attach them to a service.
