Reporting parameters

Hi

I just wanted to ask, which are the parameters that SLA reporting is considering when it decides a service is down? Are warning states still tolerated as a ‘working state’?
Also, is it possible to generate an SLA report depending on more than one service/host? Perhaps even combining host/service checks into one SLA that says ‘up and running xx% of the time’, so we can see if we are in compliance with our customer SLAs.
