Is there any plugin to view host state history like this?
do you use icingadb or ido (=monitoring) ?
but first you need a checkplugin for the down / unreachable distinction, that causes an different state.
Do you want to include downtimes? How should that be handled in the report?
If it is just UP DOWN, without downtime impementation you can use grafana to generate such an output.

If you want exactly that you need to write your own icingaweb2 module to extend the monitoring module behaviour
