Packages.icinga.com blocks AWS instances (connection refused)

Hello,
For a while now, I’ve not been able to apt update my AWS Lightsail instance running icinga. packages.icinga.com gives connection refused. It connects fine from a vpn or home internet connection.

Is AWS blocked by packages.icinga.com ?
