Hello, have a question for integration Icinga 2 with OpsGenie Cloud
Problem is that integration send notification when status is Unknown and then OK
And then have situation when notification only send for Unknown status, even when Status recovered to OK
How to solve this problem?

Either you adjust the notification for the host/service so that Icinga is not allowed to send a notification when the host goes into the Unknown state or you question why this host keeps timing out. You can also mute the host/set or set a downtime for certain periods of time.
Have you ever questioned why the timeout occurs? Can you see a pattern in the timeout?
These would be the first points I would personally question
