Notification when two Hosts down

Hi,

I try to get an alert when both routers (primary and backup) are down.

  1. Router 1 up, Router 2 down = no notification
  2. Router 1 down, Router 2 up = no notification
    3. Router 1 + Router 2 down = notification

Is that via dependency possible?

I would use the business process module for this.

This module is designed for modelling this logical connections, allows to add a check for the modeled business processes and by this notify based on them.

While it seems like something for management or operating on the first look, notification based on actual services instead of redundant components is what an admin wants to reduce the number of alerts.
