Module reporting not working

Hello everyone,
my boss regularly requests a report on long alarms. That’s why I installed the reporting module. Unfortunately, I can’t create any real reports there. I’m missing a few fields to set filters. Where can I fix the problem.
to me it looks like a database error if you can trust google the fields are missing: Filter, Breakdown and Threshold
I tried it on 2 different configurations.

Thanks for the support
Best Regard Rico

Hi,

first you have to enable the idoreports module.

Then you should be able to choose Host SLA and Service SLA as report. If you do that, the fields you mentioned will appear.

Hi Johannes,
I did that, but nothings changes

But the options are available? Is there anything (e.g. red messages) in the log? (In the browser, hit F12, choose the console tab)

Hi Johannes,
no nothings has changed, no errors in browser.
