Missing dry-run for syncrule on icingacli

Hello there,

I am missing a dry-run feature for the “icingacli director syncrule” command.

I used “icingacli director importsource fetch” to diff the output on several runs to improve it. There were some fields like uptime_seconds I had to modify during import.

I would like to do the same improvements for my syncrules but I do not see the changes it will apply anywhere to diff them.
