Maximum allowed latency between HA satellites

Hello all,

due to availability reasons I’m currently considering running a pair of HA satellites in two separate (cloud) environments. This would increase the latency for the communication between the HA satellites from currently ~0.7ms to 6ms. Would this kind of latency between the HA satellites still be feasible?

Thanks for posting.

A latency of 6ms is still very short and should work fine. The more important thing is to make sure that all the machines’ clocks are synchronized.
