Loop detected: Memory_Win -> Memory_Win

Dear All,
after upgrade to Director 1.6.2 from version 1.5.2 I get the error message in the webgui
Loop detected: Memory_Win -> Memory_Win
if I try to do a deployment.

Database migration was done with CLI command
icingacli director migration run --verbose
No message was displayed after I executed the command.

I would be happy if someone could help me. Thanks in advance.

  • Director version (System - About): 1.6.2
  • Icinga Web 2 version and modules (System - About): 2.10.0
  • Icinga 2 version (icinga2 --version): 2.13.2
  • Operating System and version: CentOS 7
  • Webserver, PHP versions: Apache/2.4.6 (CentOS) PHP/5.4.16

I have successfully upgraded the Director to 1.7.2 and PHP to 7.4. But I cannot do deployments with the Director. The error message is still the same:
Loop detected: Memory_Win -> Memory_Win (TemplateTree.php:225)

Check your service (template) Memory_Win you are probably importing itself, resulting in the loop.

The field in director is labeled “Imports”, it’s in the top

Thank you very much for pointing this out. I have removed the template and can deploy again.
