Jira ticket with mandatory custom fields

Hi.
Our Jira needs issue creators to provide some mandatory custom fields. Is it possible to call “icingacli jira send problem” with these custom fields?! Most times it would be sufficient to use them from the configuration, but it also would be nice to provide them on command line, in case I want to fill in a host or service variable.
I did several tries with templates, but it seems, these aren’t used for creating issues, are they?!
Someone who has a hint how to solve this?

If you are using object/hosts and object/services api I am sure you will be able to pull necessary custom fields from icinga. ServiceNow uses it
