Is there a rh-php70 repo?

For reasons beyond control I am tasked with installing Icinga2 on CentOS 6.10.

I was able to install Icinga2 but while installing Icingaweb2 it demands red hat PHP 7.0. I installed remi and that won’t do.
Also, I cannot locate an active repo for the red hat version of PHP 7.0.

Is this a hopeless cause?
