Hey Community,

Is there any news on this feature regarding shared dashboards ?

I was searching for a way to create custom dashboards based on user roles and control which users can see them, but the only solution I found is the community-made custom dashboard. While it provides the intended features, it is a bit of a hassle to manage (though it can be set up given enough time).

And here is my current instance:

Icinga Web 2 Version 2.12.6

Installed on: Debian Trixie 13.3

Doesn’t look like it.

“we won’t be tackling this until later next year”

It is now later next year, it’d be nice to hear if this is going to be worked on anytime soon.

I’ve setup the workaround module listed in the article, but it is not an ideal solution.

Hey there,
we’re currently focused on getting Icinga Notifications out of the door, and then the next project on the list will be the dashboards.
Realistically we’ll have a team on it early next year.

Our current and next projects are always listed on our roadmap
