Icinga to jira notification

Hi Guys,

We have a requirement in our ICINGA notification system to send alerts to Jira. Currently, when a CRITICAL alert is triggered, it immediately creates an issue in Jira. However, instead of this immediate action, we would like to modify the behavior so that ICINGA waits until the 5th consecutive check before creating an issue in Jira. is there any way to achieve this? if you required any additional information i can provide. thanks in advance

Isn’t the notification going out on hard state? If so, set 5 retries.
