Announce meetup
When you want to announce a new meetup date, create a new topic with the following:
- Title: Icinga Meetup <city>, <date> @ <location or company>
- Body:
<introduction>
Date: <date>
Location: <location details>
Registration URL: <URL to the meetup event>
