Looks like you have 3 IDOs configured and enabled, but the only one you actually need is the MySQL IDO.
Can you confirm which backend you intend to use (again, looks like you mean to use MySQL), and show the output of icinga2 feature list?
You should only have one IDO enabled – if multiple show under Enabled features:, you will need to disable the ones you do not need:
icinga2 feature disable <feature name>
