Icinga for windows cannot find PerformanceCounter after system restart

Hello,
i have the problem that on some systems the windows agent cannot find the performance counter only for CPU. This happens on just a hand full of systems every restart.

 Icinga Invalid Input Error was thrown: PerformanceCounter: \Processor Information(*)\% Processor Utility

A plugin failed to fetch Performance Counter information. Please ensure the counter is written properly and available on your system.

I have to restart the Icinga Powershell Service to get this to work. To set the service startup to delayed does not help.

Any infos about this or ideas how to debug this?

I also see the same problem on some agents. Does anyone know how to troubleshoot/fix ?

Had that problem also on one machine in a customer setup. No idea how to debug this. Just adding this to follow the issue.
