Hello Habit,
Welcome to the Icinga community. Did you know their are already plugin available to check the windows performance counters and windows updates status? Could you use these plugins for your needs?
It is possible to use the plugin you listed but depends on your Icinga setup. It will take a few different steps to get it setup and working correctly. I can describe how I got custom checks working in my Icinga environment if you want more details but wanted to check if you tried using the already build-in windows checks.
Let me know if you want the steps I used to get Icinga2 custom check on Windows agents working.

Thank you for your contribution, you have helped me a lot. I was able to solve my request - now I just have to enable the Network Service to use the Windows Update Commando.
now I would like to ask again about the plugin installation. I would like to monitor a print server from the above plugin. Can that also be done with the template library?
I hope it doesn’t matter that I ask so many stupid questions. I want to monitor a Windows Print Server with 20 printers. It should be checked which devices are ready and which are possibly offline and where something is stuck in the queue.
Hello @Habit,
No problem with the questions. I will try to help the best I can. When I first started with Icinga this community site helped answer my questions. Glad to pay it back.
In regards to printers, I am not monitoring printer in my Icinga setup but I believe you would want to monitor each printer instead of the printer server. A new host object for each printer. Add the IP address to the host object for the printer. This will monitor if the printer is up/down. Check out plugin check_printer. This plugin look like it can monitor the status of the printer by SNMP protocol. Also look at the Icinga exchange for other plugin for monitoring printers.
