How to add Mysql service for monitoring in icinga2

Hi ,

I not able to configure mysql for monitoring .
So can you please tell me from very first step.

The first step is to tell us what operatins system and version you want to set
this up on. Assuming it’s a Linux distribution, tell us which one.

The second step is to tell us how you have installed Icinga and whether
standard service checks are working for the local machine.

The third step is to tell us what you mean by “configure mysql for monitoring”.
Do you mean you want to monitor MySQL itself, or you want to use MySQL as the
data store for you monitoring values?

Antony.

And it would be helpful to know if we’re talking about single mysql instances or if you use any kind of clustering or replication.

But this is just for the fine-tuning and a small addition to the more important 3 points @Pooh made.

Sorry, images don’t come through in mailing list mode, which I use.

If you have any further questions, just ask - tell us what you need to do,
tell us what you tried, and tell us what happened.
