Graphite module missing graphs

Hello everyone ,

I am having issues with graphite module in Icinga.
I can see the graph when I choose 5-10-15-30-45 minutes and 1-2-3-6 hours intervals .
However, It doesn’t give me any graph when I choose 12 hours ,18 hours ,1 day and 2 day
Interestingly, I can see the graph when I choose 3 days or 4 days but it seems it keeps record only for 2 days .

What could be the reason ?

storage-schemas.conf

[carbon]
pattern = ^carbon.
retentions = 10s:6h,1m:90d

[default_1min_for_1day]
pattern = .*
retentions = 10s:6h,1m:6d,10m:1800d

[icinga2_default]
pattern = ^icinga2.
retentions = 1m:2d,5m:10d,30m:90d,360m:4y

storage-aggregation.conf is default ones.

I checked a bit more . And , the situation is different for some services .
For example it shows 5 days data when I choose 6 days. However when I choose 5 days interval it gives a graph for 2-3 hours .

Hello,
any solution here?
have a similar problem. graphs up to “6h” are shown, and I see only empty graphs for time periods > 6h. Can anybody help? Ideas how to debug also welcome.

Hi nichtwisser,

I decreased xfilesFactor to 0.1 inside storage-aggregation.conf .
That is how I solved my problem
