Filter data sent from icinga to graphite

Hi, I implemented graphite 1.1.10

I would like to filter data sent from Icinga to graphite, so my whysper directory not grow too much.
I would like to send only data value related to hostalive and disks.

How could I filter from icinga vs graphite?
Could I use graphite.conf to do this?

Hi,
have you tried to set

enable_perfdata = false

in your ā€œgeneric-serviceā€ template and enable it in the disk service and host template?
