With the latest update, we got 2 new Sophos Services which are not running by default on all our Windows servers. So we got currently alarms from the nrpe service check on all windows servers. I would like to simply exclude this 2 Services in my service template, but they are having spaces in the service name (Sophos Clean Service & Sophos Safestore Service).
Can anyone tell me the syntax I have to use here? → like “exclude=edgeupdate” (working fine)
exclude=Sophos Clean Service not working → CHECK_NRPE: Invalid packet type received from server.
Is there a better way to come around that problem?
We are using Icinga Web 2 Version 2.6.2
