Disable checks when host is in downtime

Hi,
Is there a way to disable the checks when a host is in downtime ?

You can use dependencies or time periods to disable checks.

I’m looking for a way to do the same. Is it possible to add a dependancy to disable check when hosts or services have downtime setup already?
