Hi All!
I’m trying to create a new ICINGA environment starting from my DEV env.
Due to fact that these are Virtual Machines, I first of all cloned the VM and after that, I want to change the HOSTNAME.
I found some article in the internet.
The most complete seems to be this one:
But anyway the procedure does not work.
I change the hostname at OS level with no problem, but after that, I cannot start Icinga & Director properly on the new Hostname.
The problems seems to be related to the ENDPOINT.
At the end of my changes, the “Active Endpoint” is not equal to “Active Icinga Web 2 Endpoint”.
Is there a complete and clear procedure to clone an ICINGA Master server (single node) and\or change the hostname of a master server?
