This blogpost introduces a 1.0.0 track. for icinga-php-library and icinga-php-thirdparty

It that something that is planed or is that something that was released?

I can’t find anything on github or in the packages.icinga.com folders.

It’s not released yet and will only in combination with the dependent releases as explained in the last paragraph of the blog post.
