Is Director also able to automatically configure agents so that they can run local checks and report to the master in combination with the self service method?
I tried the self service method but it does not allow me to run for example the apt check on the remote host yet, what am I doing wrong?
Or can this only work in combination with puppet or ansible to move over the config tree somehow?
So far I am able to automatically discover nodes from AWS and monitor them with ping4 or any other “remote check” but it is not yet allowing me to monitor local checks even after “i think” succesfully connecting the agent to the master with the self service method.
