API request failed: Stage creation failed. (RestApiResponse.php:113)

Hi, everyone!

mm… After upgrade of icinga’ packages, i guess, I caught up amazing error API request failed: Stage creation failed. (RestApiResponse.php:113) when i try push “deploy pending changes”.
I checked everything parameters and access rights, but all in vain.

I think I’ve seen this somewhere here in the past weeks. Try investigating on the Icinga 2 side, what’s logged for this request? Can you manually reproduce it by creating a dummy package and deploy a stage with a dummy host, as shown in the docs?

If so, add the verbose parameter to gather more insights into what’s wrong with the request. I’d guess it is a permission thingy for the ApiUser, can you share them as well? Also, which OS and icinga2 --version is involved here?
