After Graphite Installation unable to see the graphs

Hi Experts,

I have successfully installed and configured the graphite module and i can see the module in ICINGAweb2 and it’s enabled. Also i have added backend graphite web url as well. But unfortunately when i go and select the services or trying to fetch the graphs it’s giving me the attached error. Can anyone please help me out of this issue it is really appreciated.

Graphite is installed on RHEL 7.7 and ICINGA is installed on Ubuntu.

Thanks for the reply. Yes i changed the value from 0 to 1 after changing this the error displayed got changed. Attached screenshot for your reference.

It seems you’ve configured the wrong URL.

Hi Ak,

Thanks for the suggestion and help. Issue has been resolved. I changed the value from 0 to 1 in config.ini and restart the carbon service it works perfect…

Also I provided the correct URL in the graphite module backend.
