First thing first, please immediately upgrade your Icinga 2 version since version 2.14.2 is vulnerable to CVE-2024-49369.
There were multiple threads regarding pnp4nagios in the past, stating issues with a current Icinga Web system: Search results for 'pnp4nagios order:latest' - Icinga Community
In the latest thread - Can pnp4nagios still be used with new icinga2/icingaweb2 versions - there was an advise to switch to something else.
But if you want to continue using pnp4nagios, please share some more information. Are there any errors in the logs? How does it look, maybe a screenshot? However, please don’t expect that someone is able to help you with this directly since lots of people have migrated to other solutions.
