I’m not sure who “you” is here? We set up Icinga appliances for customers to check out their computer centres, etc… They use mail, calls & SMS. We use mainly mails from icinga, but have a 24x7 call generator running outside (!) of Icinga to “wake” us for urgent emergencies… /kb
