Why is the snow in the winter theme no longer falling down but a static image

This may be a silly issue, but back in version 2.7.4 the snow in the winter theme was falling down and now in the latest version it is a static image and no longer falling down. This makes me sad :frowning:

thats not the latest version.

and with icingaweb2 2.11.4 and the winter theme, there are moving snowflakes :slight_smile:
