It’s hardware.
It’s related to my checking of file systems. It notices there are new ones and triggers a warning. In Nagios, we would usually update the snapshot because it would be comparing the current situation to the previous snapshot. That would eliminate the warning.
I already did it with rear, 2 weeks ago and works fine.
I did not have to do a restore, but the backup was created.
Which service check command are you using for this?
