Unable to reschedule service check via icingaweb2

I’m going on holidays for two weeks now but I will investigate when I’m back. I really want to improve our Icinga2 performance.

Is there any way for you to get direct access to our environment and check the whole configuration? I’m pretty sure a lot of settings are not optimal.
