Ticket Polling Issue

We are using ICINGA for network monitoring and we want to create customized soft checks based on time. we want that our hosts are marked as critical after 3 soft checks during day time 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM and host should be marked as critical after 5 soft checks during night hours 09:00 PM to 09:00 AM. Please support how this can be achieved
