Icinga Web 2 displaying dates as 1970-01-01

After upgrading to Icinga Web 2.11, dates on the Web interface are all at 1970-01-01. Icinga itself is OK (email notifications have the correct date), it seems specific to Icinga Web.

Icinga version: r2.13.4-1
PHP 8.1.5
PostgreSQL server server 12.4
Icinga Web 2 Version 2.11.0

Upgrading to PostgreSQL 14.4 changed nothing.

This is as known bug in this release:
https://github.com/Icinga/icingaweb2/issues/4853

The fix is already written, and will probably shortly result in an updated version.
