# Icinga Director - Daemon

I have encountered this error can someone help me to resolve this.  
i appreciate the help.

Hi Allan,  
have you created the User needed in the unit-file? Most times it’s “icingadirector”.

how can i look into it?

if im not mistaken i have created that user already.

what other things i needed to check on it.
