How to install Icinga web 2 with director in dark side (no internet access)

Hi Icinga community

first of all I want to thank you for the great Monitoring Solution Icinga !

Now I’m facing the problem regarding an Icinga installation with director on a Redhat 7 in a dark site without internet access because of dynamically downloaded parts during initial run of some needed prereqs.
In earlier versions all components where part of the git repo.
So it was much simpler to get Icinga /w director running in a dark side.
