Director 1.9 role permissions

Hello,

I have updated from Director 1.8.1 to 1.9.
My current environment is on CentOS7

Icinga Web 2 Version 2.9.3
PHP Version 7.3.11
icinga/icinga-php-thirdparty 0.10.0
icinga/icinga-php-library 0.6.1
incubator 0.13.0

I have problems setting new permissions in Roles.
If I set some permissions and update the role this is not updated. I can’t add nothing to director/​filter/​hostgroups because it’s not saved.
Here is the maximum I can give in director Module:

I think I am missing something here.

Does the website report an error or does it simply try to save infinitely?
Have you checked for correct permissions for roles.ini?

doesn’t report anything. it saves with no error message but when I open the role again I don’t see my last changes. roles.ini permissions seems to be OK
