Hi,
I’m using Dashing v3 as a dashboard for our monitoring system.
I just found that the monitoring machine is slowly filling up. The reason: the log file thin.log
inside the dashing folder.
/usr/share/dashing-icinga2/log# ll -h
total 5,1G
drwxr-xr-x 2 root root 4,0K Jan 7 2019 ./
drwxr-xrwx 16 root root 4,0K Okt 25 15:44 ../
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 5,1G Dez 2 10:02 thin.log
As you can see it has grown to 5GB.
Output of the last 100 lines looks normal, I guess?! At least I don’t see errors.
So does the log just build up over time and you have to delete it periodically.
