I am trying to check exim mail queue on a cpanel server. The queue always shows zero and it does have mail in the queue. is there a fix for this? I have the -m set to exim also.
mailq: Mail queue is empty
OK: exim mailq (0) is below threshold (200/250)

How are you checking the queue? We don’t need too much detail to start with but we need something. I’ve been managing many Exim daemons for around 20 years so I have an idea how they work.
No worries. I actually got the exim queue script from online and then modified it to match the cpanel services. I am able to get the result i need.
