Add one more layer of overview to Icinga

Hi,
Im from IT company which use Icinga to monitor clients services.
From overview we classify all by hosts and services.
Can we add one more layer of overview like clients and then for each client: host - services
Making that with tags find not the best solution

I do it with host and service groups and use them in filters inside of roles and dashboards to not overwhelm my clients. OK, my clients are in house teams but maybe it’s also a valid strategy for you.

Also for the big picture I use the Business Process module.
